Did you ever think why Asian parents always ask you to drink water for the simplest issues? For example if you have a headache, they will be like "Beshi kore pani na khele tai toh hobe!!" In our minds we think our parents are always out of the topic but to some extent they are correct. Water is a daily essential. It is recommended by health specialists to drink 8 glasses of water a day as being hydrated is very significant. Dehydration will   increase fatigue, make exercise difficult , cause dry mouth, dry skin, headache and increase your thirst. Did you know water helps to maximize physical potential? Drinking less water causes a major effect on energy levels and brain function.
